Yes, I know. I'm not quite sure what to think about it either. I have 3Gigs of Ram which isn't too shabby but I can NOT have a computer that runs slow.
Any one out there with any experience that can give me some advice? Should I give Vista a shot or switch back to XP right off the bat so I can get up and running?

3 G's of RAM?!?! All I can say is . . . LUCKY!!!
OH and obviously I have no experience with Vista since I have the lovely Mac, but I've heard good and bad about Vista. However, Gary's mom picked up on it quickly and now likes it better than the XP and she swore she would probably go back to XP before trying the Vista. So, who knows. . .
I've got a laptop with Vista on it, and only 2 gigs (actually, my sister and I both have 2-gig laps with Vista) and it runs smooth and fast. It starts running slow only when the battery is low, or if I haven't shut it down in awhile, which would happen with XP or any other OS, no matter the make :)
